"K been living in these apartments for over 5 yrs the front office staff in the beginning was excatly but now they got rid of them they don’t been through about 20 ppl in the office, zI had carpet in my house I have 3 grandkids all under age 5 so you know they waste things so the carpet needed to be replace all of sudden we get inspection so they see the carpet was a mess so the change the carpet to flooring and then I got ready to pay my rent this month I see a charge for over 2300 they want me to pay for replacing their floors. Why would I paybfor their apartment I can’t take the floors with me.. Times are hard and they are taking advantage of people. Looks like I’ll be going to court cause this is not fair"

"Stole my aunt's card info. BEWARE! Taking advantage of poor & disabled people! Denise told my aunt she was the new manager of the office and insist on keeping my aunt's card on file because she has a hard time traveling to office to pay. Shortly after unauthorized charges started showing up on her card. $28.96 at Macy's. $41 bucks on Whataburger app. My aunt calls and gets denise she tells her she wants her card off file. Denise goes to her apartment to set up the portal for autopay now my aunt is locked out of her portal. Rent was not paid on autopay like Denise stated it would be she has occurred late fees for this months and Denise doesn't know or won't tell her the password in which she set up for her. Called office to get it straightened out and was hung up on by Denise"

"beware! I have lived here for 1.5 yrs. A few months back the complex went to a parking management co. Each resident had to create a profile of their vehicle. Because of a typo the license plate number was entered incorrectly by one letter. So even tho the year, color, make and model was correct and plate had 5 digits of 6 correct, Sunset pointe's designated thugs still towed our vehicle. So 3 days b4 xmas we got stuck with a $327 bill to recover our car. i'm sure sunset pointe will get their cut and that is all that matters."

"They can't keep staff. Don't get used to the manager. One of the best ones that we had in forever just left. It's getting to where as residents, we take bets how long the managers last! I wish I had wrote that good review I promised her but forgot about, maybe she would've stayed."

"My mother has been using a window air conditioner unit for two weeks now and the manager stated to me that she canceled the order for the central air conditioner unit because of the 14 days delivery. The manager (Jeanette) stated to me today that she just reordered the part for the central unit TODAY. My mom’s health is declining by the day and the staff has no concerns whatsoever. My mom is elderly and has asthma so this matter needs to be resolved quickly. The manager (Jeanette) hung the phone up on me cause of my emergency concern for my mom’s living condition and wellness."
