Surprisingly, they’re done same or next business day. Neighbors are willing to help. The area is not built up yet, which gives it a laid back atmosphere. I’d highly recommend the place if you’re looking for a place to call home."

"My Son and I will be moving into our new home at Wayfare Cibolo Hills in a couple of months and we are so excited! My sister found this home for us and it has everything we need including an attached garage. So no more storage fees!!! The community is beautiful and the location is great! Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Thalya and Allie are amazing! They both have been so helpful with answering all of my questions and also allowing me to swing by to take measurements of our new home to make sure everything fits. The homes are super nice inside and out and the best part is, no upstairs neighbors!!"
