"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I went from paying $1189 a month to paying $1700 for a 2 bedroom with no notice! Tried to contact the office several times FOR MONTHS with no response so there’s no point in even trying to contact them. There are also children who bang on my door all times of night, not to mention all of the bugs you see. These are absolutely the worst apartments ever the price you pay here you could pay somewhere else and get your moneys worth. I WILL BE MOVING ASAP!!!"

"I am owed a refund of $1,500 since July of this year. After emailing and calling Elizabeth for months with no response, I came to The Delmar office today. Months ago she told me that she sent it to my new address today she is telling Ashley that she didn’t. She was unwilling to come out of her office to talk. I will be contacting a lawyer to do what she seems unwilling to do. Ashley was helpful."

"We been having issues with the water since January it's either shut off, no hot water or the water just white and cloudy looking. This is very unacceptable It seems like every other week or month I have to put in a service request for something. Not to mention we are getting charged fees that they never communicated with us they were going to start charging. Ex: there is a fee for a splash pad and the property doesn't even have one. When LURIN bought the property it seems like they just take your money and don't care about the residents."
