"Really bad place to live. The administration is the worst in the world. They don't even know what they are doing. My husband gived notice that he was going to move out 60 days before, as they requested, and now they allege he didn't. (Thank God he have evidence) He is moving out cause he have a few problems with his unit since April 01, 2023 when he moved in and it's January 2024 and they haven't repaired nothing. People in there is very rude, it's not a secret they hate the job. They are not kind, and they don't care about anything. Hate this place."

"My experience with the team here was wonderful. I called to ask a few questions and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable. I set my appointment to fill out my application. Once there, the ladies in the office helped me through the process. It was very pleasant. They made me feel at home. All my questions were answered. I took a tour of a unit and loved it. After I applied, they informed me that I should receive an email about my approval. Honestly I haven’t applied anywhere else that made me feel welcomed. I recommend Reserve at Quebec first because of the leasing team. I did see the bad reviews from the past management but I also see the new team turning the place around."

"They are reliable honest and operate with integrity. I recommend anyone that is looking for a place to stay to at least apply. They always take the time to answer any questions you may have and provide you with the best solution possible. And I have to say I can see the improvement in the new staff members and in the work that they do now that they are here. Maintenance really work in a timely manner it's just a better experience now than when I moved in a year ago. Again if you are looking for a nice place to stay just apply and enjoy."

"The apartments are great until nasty new tenants with dogs moved in. They let their dogs poop in front of the door and they don’t pick up. Imagine having such a nasty person as your neighbor. After a week the place smells so bad that you don’t even want to open your door or cook anything in the house. It’s really nasty. I wonder if the complex have any policies on pets. Anybody know if there are policies on pets."

"The staff at this complex are very friendly, professional and caring. They know their business and are very understanding and have great customer service. Mrs.Johnson and her staff are awesome and the complex is beautiful inside and out! The view from my balcony is calming and beautiful! I simply love it especially coming from Washington DC to Texas was the best move ever! My kids love it and so do I ! Love y’all Mrs. Johnson and thank you all!"
