"Lived there and just recently left February 15th. Lease is up March. Found a 4bdrm house for $200 more then their 2bdrm apartment. In those almost 6 years the hot water and plumbing was always a problem. Never had steady hot water and the water leaks caused the inside of our car to need constant cleaning because of mud from leaks. I was having my brother's disability program pay the Feb. rent but they failed to answer emails or phone calls. Now the lady in the office wants to say that the non payment is on my background. Well thank you, i paid all through covid with no miss payments and never was late but i guys that's how these apartments work when along time resident wants to vacate. One month of rent and she was rude and snobby about it. But thank you for allowing us to have a place to call home this years."

"I'll been staying at Decker for about 2 months now and love it you go in the office there always been very nice . so I would say I would recommend these a good apartment complex to call home anytime I done ask for something to get fixed they come and I no the reviews sayings they have roaches but my apartment do not have any"

"I have lived here for 8 years and have seen many managers come and go. I dont know where this new Lady in the office came from but things sure are changing for the better. It makes having water issue much easier to deal with. Very kind and professional and respectful As a old man I appreciate that very much. I appreciate the candy."

"We moved into this apartment complex in August. I’m not joking when I tell you we either have cold water or NO water 1-2x a week. In January, within the past 2 weeks, we’ve had no hot water for 8/12 days. The community itself is nice, but if I’m paying to live somewhere I would LOVE to have hot water I’m being charged more for every month. After asking odalis multiple times why we’re being charged more per month for water, and being told repeatedly because we’re “using more water every month” which isn’t logical considering it’s turned off multiple times a week, the next week odalis tells me we’re paying more per month for water because there’s a leak in the boiler. Where in my lease does it entail leaks being the RESIDENTS responsibility? If you want hot water consistently, don’t stay here. If you want to pay for the apartments leaks and damages, don’t stay here. We don’t have issues with roaches like other complaints have mentioned, only water. Again, the community is nice. There’s.2 ponds nearby, a Chick-fil-A, Walmart is 4 minutes away, however the water has been an ongoing issue with no resolution. Also, the phones are never answered so don’t bother calling. You can try going up to the office but they decide to close when they feel like it."
