"At first I thought this would be the perfect place. I received a very misleading email with my move in date the unit number and also the deposit amount. So this whole time I’m thinking I have the apartment. That weekend I went up there to double check and come to find out they hadn’t even submitted my paperwork! I then decided to withdraw my application I EVEN drove up there AGAIN and told them over the phone and verified I’d get my deposit back. It’s been over a month and a half going back and forth with these people I finally got the manager on the phone and she tells me I got denied because I falsified information. How is that possible when I withdrew my application? So because of that I was told I wouldn’t get my money back on a deposit for an apartment that wasn’t even submitted. It makes no sense. Over and over I’ve been told the manager would call me back and has she…nope. I then get an email about a reversal of payment and it’s still not here. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. These people are crooks"

"Came In today to get information and I was greeted with an eye roll by the young lady in the front desk. She gave me little to no information. The website offers tours but forget trying to get one because she went to get the manager for me and that lady came out with an attitude and a million questions as to why I wanted to tour. I’ve been to so many apartment complex’s and everyone has been kind to show me around. Not here! She was extremely bothered! She asked for my ID and at that point after going back and forth with her about getting a tour, I told her “just forget it I will not be coming back” and that made her so happy she put a smile on her face and said okay! The reviews to this place are horrible and I wanted to give them a chance anyway. So If you’re anything like me, just good luck trying to get past that nasty attitude."

"This apartment complex is a joke!! I applied initially, late in July. For about 6 weeks, they kept asking for more documents. It was a total headache to deal with this. After all this waiting and submitting documents, they come back and say that we aren’t approved, after wasting 6 weeks of our time. It’s now beginning of January, and somebody called me from this complex, THEY HAVE MY DEPOSIT REFUND. I guess it didn’t go back to my credit card that I used. THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON THIS SINCE MID OCTOBER!!!! I now live in Austin, and they couldn’t send it to me by certified mail, so I had to waste a Saturday and drive up to get it! How lame!! When I arrived, there was another person going thru the same nonsense that i did. This poor girl was still gonna move in, I feel sorry for her, I really do. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. For me, I’d rather live under a highway bridge than deal with this government operation."

"I've lived here for a while now and I've never wrote a review. But the new office manager has a nasty attitude. All I did was ask to talk to her and she chewed the assistant up and didn't even come speak to me and answer my question as the boss she suppose to be. Great way to introduce yourself Miss Ma'am. We've been through a lot of office staff but people like her may not make it either. She really gave me a nasty taste, hope to never have to deal with her. I'll continue to pay my rent and carry on"

"The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. I think for the price it’s a nice apartment. I am going through a hard time and needed a place in my budget and they were quick to get my approved and made us easy for me. I really appreciate everything y’all have done for me in my time of need. I haven’t moved in yet but just from my experience with the leasing office I feel I made the right choice. I’m excited to move in. Walmart is right up the street there are schools and daycares close by. The pool was really clean and open……and my kids loved playing at the park."
