"A nice quiet place to live, there are a few issues with hot water through out the year but they work to get it fixed quickly. It’s not perfect but no place is, Madison is a great manager who is always responsive to your issues."

"If you're thinking about moving here I DON'T recommend it at all! It's full of roaches and they barely ever have hot water. The air conditioner/ heater is controlled by the management. Also the washing and drying areas are always out of order. They even wait till the swimming pool turns green to clean it ( I'm pretty sure the pool filter is broke)."
