"These apartments are old. They change owners constantly. Rent goes up with every lease renewal. They do not maintain the apartments. There is never a manager on the property. Its almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get anything done or for any information. They allow rift raft and homeless people to roam the property. My bathroom sink leaks and has been fixed three times and still not fixed. My apartment has been flooded 4 times and they refuse to replace the carpet. The living room window pours water in when it rains and still has not been fixed and I've been here going on 7 or 8 years. It took me four years of begging and pleading to get the carpet cleaned. I'm almost positive that there is mold in the apartment from the flooding from the other three apartments where the water flooded my apartment. Which could cause health issues. The apartments are old but not bad if the owners and the manager would put a little effort into them. I'm not saying they are slum lords, but just need to put a little work into the apartments sense they keep raising the rent at the end of every lease. They allow other tenants to play their music loudly in the apartments and their cars with no rules to not allow it. They do not exterminate the apartments but once a year if we're lucky. There has been a lot of bed bug problems that has not been properly addressed. I will not be surprised if they try to evict me or refuse to renew my lease do to this review. But people need to know this information. I am hopeful with this review that people will be informed and that management and the owners will step up to give us a better quality of living in decent apartments with rules that apply to everyone living and visiting here."
