"This place is exactly what it’s advertised as. I’ve been here three months now. Good little gym, two dog parks and a fence all around it. Not a place to leave ur doors unlocked at night but really nowhere is. The real reason I gave five stars is because of the management team. Every issue I’ve ever brought forth has been addressed in a timely and professional manner. I rest comfortably knowing the Oxford apartment management team members Chelsea Kristen Tori and Kara/kada/kayden (can’t seem toremember that name) are taking care of the place."
"I have had several issues with water roaches in my apartment since I moved in - Jan 2021. Not sure where they’re coming from. Also, our smoke detector randomly keeps going off in our apartment and I put in a request to have someone come look at it, it’s been almost a week and I’ve heard nothing. Prompt on answering questions back."
"I applied to live at this apartment a month before my anticipated move in date. I got approved and signed a lease. They told me less than 24 hours before I was supposed to move in that they did not have an apartment for me. I asked for a refund for my deposit and had to find a different place to live on very short notice. They told me I would receive my refund in two weeks. It has been a month now and I still have not received it. I have gone to their office to ask questions and they responded very rudely and unprofessionally. I 10/10 do NOT recommend moving into these apartments."
"Lived here from 2017-2019 in new phase 1b1b Maintenance crew-super Free parking-bad, had to park outside the gate most nights Paid parking-convenient, $80/mth for garage Building-good, nice. Except stairwell-gross Delivered packages-good, helpful Community-like 3-4 residents party invites Security-if you're not in a parking spot you will get a ticket, gates....open mostly Pool area-okay Lease-your lease end date ≠ move out date, without 60 day notice. Seemed to be a sneaky way to get another 60 days rent out of renter's if you're not prepared. Office-the more experienced staff are not nice. I never got an apology for any of my complaints. 3 stars is accurate, I would have given 5 stars if office had better customer service, more resident parties, and received a 3 month end of lease notice."
"I think Oxford at Lake Worth has gotten quite a bad rap lately for their service. My wife and I lived there from 2015-2018, and had an overall good experience. While I will agree that we hardly ever needed anything from management, the times that we did they were plenty accommodating. We had our toilet handle break at one point, and they fixed it by the next day. At the time of this post, I'm not sure what their prices are, however we did get a good value for our place until about our final year, at which point we decided to move and seek out newer accommodations. Overall I think it was a great experience for our first apartment, and depending on how uptight you are as a person, this could be great for you as well. I'm not minimizing anyone who has had a rough experience with Oxford, but I will say that ours was worth what we paid for. Also note that we we in a 1b1b Phase One unit."
