"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not move here if you have any other option. It's been a disaster since day 1. When I showed up to move in, the manager had no idea who I was or that I was supposed to be moving in. The unit wasn't ready and I had to wait another week to move in. When I did sign my lease they couldn't find the keys and attempted to change the locks but didn't finish and left a hole where the deadlock should be on the front door.I had to put the old one back in and still don't have a key for it or my mail box five months later. My first week in the unit the AC system flooded so bad that it leaked into my bedroom. The managers advice was to put a bucket under it and empty it out when it was full. My boyfriend had to fix this issue since maintenance never came. Last month I got a notice that my lease was going to expire and it listed the incorrect date and a $50 increase in the rent. When I went to speak to the manager Martha, the 4th manager I've experienced here in 5 months, all of my paperwork and info in the computer system was wrong. Finally, I came home last night and my power was shut off. When I called the emergency maintenance number he told me that I would have to call the property manager in the morning because there was a mix-up with the old manager and I was supposed to pay for my own power. I wasn't told that when I moved in. For 5 months I've had power in the unit and thought it was coming through the aparrment. They cut the power off without calling or notifying me, when it was 45 degrees outside. To top it all off, you can hear everything your neighbors do here. The people next to me play music and are loud during the week until 2-3 in the morning. And best of all, every time they smoke pot it makes my apartment reek. And don't forget the homeless panhandlers that are always on the Last Vegas Trail corner. Do your self a favor and avoid this place, it's completely disorganized and unprofessional."

"Debbie is the new property manager. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and has zero tact. The water is always being shut off without any notice. My townhome constantly leaks to the point of the ceiling falling in. This place is as dumpy as its manager. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I been living at this property for almost a year. And thank God my lease is almost up. This place is dirty, garbage dumpster overflowing with garbage all the time. Nobody keeps up with the green areas. The pool is nasty. Maintenance is non-existent, if you have an issue with your apartment you might as well fix it yourself. The property manager only shows up to the office at the beginning of the month to collect rent. I try to research a corporate number to place a claim and cannot find anything. Overall this is the worst apartment experience I had, I won't renew my lease, I won't recommend it to anybody and I will never move back in this property again."
