There are multiple floor plans to choose from to gain the best apartment home for the family. I think the best part is the staff! I’m always welcomed with smiles and 100% attention! "My husband and I moved from NJ to Texas for his job. I have to say he picked the perfect place for us to spend our first year! We have 1 bedroom on the first floor on the lake. It's beautiful! There isn't a spot in our apartment we don't see the lake! We've made wonderful friends that will be life long friends! Stephanie (the leasing agent) have fun community activities at the club house at least once a month! For every season! She will be one of those life long friends! The pool is beautiful and a fun social place for us all to meet on the weekend's and BBQ. I've never felt so safe in this gated community! I actually leave my door unlocked while I go to the pool! No worries here! I will miss it when we leave!"

"I’ve lived here at Brazos Crossing for 3 years and I can honestly say that the apartments are very open and spacious. I’ve lived in a large one bedroom (my favorite floor plan) and transferred to a medium two bedroom and love it as well. The leasing office is warm and welcoming, especially during seasons and holidays when they decorate."

"Beautiful apartments! I was particularly impressed by the kitchens, which were all gorgeous. The area is really nice as well, and the grounds are well kept. They're a bit pricey for the region, but likely worth it. Unfortunately the woman who gave us our tour was a bit new (while very sweet) and not able to answer many of our questions, so we went with a different option."
