Quality Inn & Suites - Granbury 800 Harbor Lakes Drive, Granbury, TX 76048

"A couple days ago DV the owner invited me back to the hotel to meet about the negative google review I had left. He asked what happen and I explained that I had trained 5 hours with them and now Toni (The hiring manager) was refusing to pay me. Never was I told that I would be training unpaid, DV assured me that they do not even train unpaid… Whats the problem with paying me then? They claimed it was just a trial period and that I had signed paperwork to work on probation. That literally just means that they can fire me at any point, not that they can decide to just not pay me for the work I did. DV then questioned my ethics because I wanted to be paid and for the negative google review. At the end of this conversation DV told me that he would give me my check that he owed me IF I was nice and deleted my negative google review. Now I’m questioning their ethics as a business. That’s quite shady! I will never be returning to this hotel and I don’t recommend applying for any positions at this franchise… 0/5 ⭐️"

"Good morning, At present, I am renting three rooms at your property, and yesterday I had to go by to make special arrangements for one of my subcontractors. I was warmly greeted by Toni, a very beautiful and professional woman at the front desk. She assisted me with my request without delay. She is truly the “ambassador” of the Quality Inn brand."

"I would like to throw a special shout out to quality Inn and suites. Short notice they helped out Granbury soccer association and the parents by allowing them to host a board meeting there this week. Granbury soccer Association was searching for something local and cost-effective for about 10 to 15 people from 6-8 pm. They offered up their entire dining room to GSA at no cost without hesitation. When more than 15 people showed up (25-28), they didn’t blink and eye. They asked what was needed to make things more comfortable and let them stay later than expected to get things sorted out. Mr Vaghashia and his staff are granbury peeps through and through, they love the comminity, they love Granbury Soccer. Yall are awesome."

"This Quality Inn needs much improvement. Dirty towels were left in the room from the previous occupant. The breakfast has very little to offer. Cold weak coffee, cold biscuits and gravy. Over priced accommodations. Would not recommend."

"This location is good, the night staff was excellent. The rooms were average for a 50.00 a night room. I paid double that. My room had blood stained pillow cases and roaches on the wall. They were full because of graduations in the area and Memorial Day weekend so changing rooms was not a option. They just need to do a better job cleaning, hire a pest extermination service. Fix their breakfast as it is less then average quality. Once those things were done then it would be worth the price to stay. When you complain to management they will tell you the manager won't be in till later that afternoon and give you the number for the reward customer service, customer service will take a complaint, give you a case number send it to the hotel. But they can't issue refunds the hotel has to be the one to do that. Then when you show up back at the hotel when they said the manager will be back in so you can have him resolve the issue. The staff will tell you he is not in and that they don't know what to do. When you ask them to contact someone who can, they play dumb."
