"I rented this apartment short term, while I remodeled my house. Terrible experience. The manager, Misty, is so hard to get along with. She was great when I rented the apartment but she quickly changed. She did the same to my neighbors. I see she gave the apartments a 5 star rating, even though she is not a tenant. Glad I moved out."

"In Response to Zachary Partin's review, the unfurnished two bedroom does lease for $925.00 on a 6 or 12 month lease and the fully furnished, which comes with not only the furniture and flat screen TV, also has rugs, towels, linens, dishes, cook ware, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc., absolutely lease for $1495.00. This price also allows for a short term 3 month lease, which Zachary also needed. The other issues he mentioned were never reported to us. Nor did any of his surrounding neighbors and employees that lived next to him experience any of those issues, so I think they are as untrue as his initial rent complaint. I personally lived at Towne Lake. It was the quietest and Most serine place I have ever lived. The Lake views and sun sets were awesome! I loved it!"
