Reviews
"Very cute apartments considering they are government based. Spacious, affordable , and management is fantastic."
"I lived at this apartments for a little over a year. I would have to recommend everyone to immediately, turn around and find something better. In the time I was there, we went through three different managers. The only good thing I can tell you about this place is the price. They base your rent on your income, so the price of living there is almost always affordable. Now onto the bad. The manager and maintenance guy will go into your apartment anytime they feel like it. I was scared to leave my apartment unattended because I walked in on them numerous times. When it came time for me to move, my new apartment would not be ready to move into until eight days after my lease was up. I talked to the manager about it multiple times. He told me that it would be fine. all he needed was my place of employments telephone number so he could verify my employment, and that he would recertify me for the month, then prorate my rent back to me. Well, come the first of the month as I'm walking out the door to pay my rent for the few days I had left, I found a note on my door saying that "Since you did not recertify for the month, we are going to charge you the basic rent for this apartment", which is $100 more then I normally pay. In the time it took me to call my husband and wait for management to get back from lunch, they had left another note on my door saying "since you did not recertify for this month, this is your three day notice to vacate the property". That was that, and I started packing my husband and my's stuff. I did not even want to argue with them about they're blatant lying and mistakes. We ended up having to stay at my mother-in-laws apartment for a week before we could move into our new apartment. All-in-all, the management is terrible, the apartments are tiny, you can hear everything going on in other apartments around you, and don't expect any privacy. People will walk into your apartment anytime they feel like it, with no twenty-four hour notice."
