Eagle Lake Garden Village Apt

"Manager named Melody is biased and constantly on a power trip. Tells lies to tenants then tries to say she never said that. Makes up rules and claims they are lease violations. When you bring up the lease to her she tells you she will evict you or not renew your lease but wont give a reason, because she doesn't have a legal one! She talks to tenants about others tenants telling lies ans talking bad about them. She hates any tenants with animals and targets them to get them evicted. She took childrens bikes that were outside next to the front door of the tenants they belonged to and threw them in the dumpster claiming a lease violation which is not true. She tells the maintenance man to look at apartments when he goes in for issues to fix and report back to her anything she can to write lease violation! A former tenant was evicted and has a video of the manager physically assaulting her! And EVERYTHING is reported to Fountainhead Management (corporate office) Craig Barbolla and he doesn't believe the dozens of complaints from dozens of tenants since she took over!! Tell me you're sleeping with your boss without telling me you're sleeping with your boss! She has kept certain people on the waiting list for years on purpose because she doesn't like the tenant who referred them there! She skips over them or removes them off the list claiming their backs didn't pass or some other excuse thats not true!"

"I never recommend anyone to live here unless you’re going to be homeless otherwise. The manager is super rude and loves targeting people. She refuses to put dependents on the lease and also gives improper violations all the time. She will threaten you and make you live your life in fear. I’m so glad we’re moving soon, but I hate that I can’t stay here with my family. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"Went to go visit a friend and I couldn't find their apartment because the sign that you can't see him from the car so the signage outside the building needs to be better viewed"

"I would give a five star rating but management here is horrible an takes false information from others without reviving both sides of the story when something happens an the corporate office for this place doesn't do their job either don't get me wrong this is a nice place to live but needs better management then what they have now"
