"I would not advise living here I currently live here and their is never a manger in the office no one likes to answer the phone I called the manager and she was flat out rude and no help my apartment has several issues that need to be addressed we have no maintenance guy just not a very good place to live all around"

"Nice area, not nice neighbors. For those of us who do make sure our kids are safe and well behaved, it isn't very pleasant to be out and about. I've seen cats and cars have rocks thrown at them, my siblings and their friends have been hurt by these kids, and the parents letting these kids run loose are completely unreasonable and unattentive. Despite how hard we've tried (and how many times we've had to report to the police) we still do not have peace here, and I'm tired of having to worry if my siblings outside are safe or not."

"Lived here for 2 years. Took me 2 weeks upon being on the waiting list to get in! Everything was great until my heater failed, the maintemce man suggested I just use my oven to heat my apartment u til the weekend was over. I had a 1 year old and 3 month old at the time. The landlord is never in the office, never answers the phone. The tenents are always in your business. I never felt safe going outside with my kids because a neighbor always had this drunk guy living with her off and on, and one point he walked to my door saying he was going to fight me, stumbling drunk. All the other neighbors around started fist fighting. I felt like I lived in the projects. Upon moving out I called 2-3 times to give a 30 day notice, never heard back so I wrote a letter and had to put it in the office because the apartment manager wasn’t ever in the office. She still never called me back like I requested in my letter, been almost 2 months and STILL HAVENT gotten a call about my deposit or anything. Very unsatisfied. I was NEVER late or short on rent. Never caused issued."

"The manager of the complex has people on payroll to spy on the tenants and report back to her. She plays favoritism on certain tenants and does nothing for the others who have legitimate concerns or problems. Everyone wants to know your business and then gossips to the other tenants."

"The place was clean upon moving in and didn't have any problems till I started to get to know some other tenants. Watch your back there. Everyone is eager to jump into your business and share it with others including the manager."
