"I was disappointed to have so little places to stay in Decatur. I read reviews on several and Hampton Inn had better reviews from all the other places to stay. I was very surprised they had a 4.3 star rating because the customer service is the best!! The most important to me is cleanliness and this place is very clean! I’d definitely stop and stay here again! There is not one thing I can think of I’d change."

"I am writing a new review because the Manger to the Hampton is such a wonderful and very professional person. After having a disagreement with Andrea, I went to the Manager the next morning and she had me talk with her in the office. She went way beyond good customer service and was very concerned about my problem and my feelings. I do not think you could find any better! She runs a tight ship but is very personable with her staff and guests. The issue was resolved and I am quite pleased. I will be returning because for one, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is Great! In fact it was a surprise! The kindness and concern for me made my decision to return or have family stay here."

"I've been to more than 20 Hampton Inns. This one by far is the best!!!! The rooms were the cleanest I've seen and it was the least expensive. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy (which is different than the last 7 Hamptons I've stayed at in the last week) so it was very nice for a change. Food was all delicious and warm. Staff was super friendly with a great sense of humor. Thank you Hampton. Wish I lived closer. I'd rent rooms here all the time, especially for that indoor pool."
