"Overall good experience. Jessica was friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Being pet friendly was super helpful since we were traveling with our old dog."

"My children and I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past few years as it is otherwise an ok hotel with a decent pool for the kids to swim in (when it’s open - which is hit and miss). Unfortunately, after staying for 4 nights in a row in January 24, there was a situation where I was due a refund of one night ($107.64). The ladies behind the counter did their thing on the computer and then printed up a receipt to show me where the refund amount was going to come through, but it will take 10 business days to hit my bank account. I called back last week just to check in on the refund status, and was told to call back if I didn’t receive it by the following Monday. After still not receiving the refund, I drove up there to ask about it, and they said they will look into it and call me back. They did call me back, but ultimately told me that the wrong party received the refund and that I have to take it up with them. I tried to explain that isn’t my fault and that they (the hotel) needs to make this right. After getting hung up on, it pains me to say this (because my kids really do love their pool), but I personally take too much pride in what it means to provide exceptional customer service that I just simply cannot see myself reserving a room at this hotel ever again."

"We have stayed here many times over the years, as we are local. Every once in a while it is nice to just get away from the house with the girls and let them swim and relax away from home. a while back we stopped coming here because it seemed they always had a reason to close the pool, and this was no exception. We literally only book this hotel for the kids to swim and have some fun. We let them swim for 2 hours Saturday night and told them we would get up and have breakfast and swim the next morning until checkout time. Well go figure, pool closed. I understand stuff happens, but this is a regular occurrence. shock the pool when the pool closes for the night and check the levels. we literally wasted our trip money again for a closed pool. It is old... TV's really need upgraded. They are small and dark. Breakfast was decent but has gone WAY downhill over the last year. Heard someone pacing above us literally from 1am until 6:30am. Walls are very thin and in general the hotel needs upgraded as it has gone down hill the last several years."

"Looked like a decent place right off the highway. Once we got our room, I was afraid to take my shoes off. Carpets were stained and almost damp. It's hard to tell the original color of the chair in our room it is so stained. Every surface needs deep cleaned and furniture needs replaced along with carpet. Bed skirting is dirty. Went to plug charger into wall behind night stand, and there is a piece of pizza crust just hanging out on the floor. Was absolutely worn out, and the blankets and sheets looked somewhat clean so we stayed. I would hate to look at the mattress. Woke up extra early next morning to get out of here and get home for an extremely hot shower!"

"The stay was decent. The hotel itself was quiet and in a good location. Staff was helpful. My biggest issue was the state of the room. The carpet was so grimy that it almost felt damp and there was even a large stain that was STICKY. The furniture was very old and worn, and everything in the room needed to be deep cleaned."
