"Called to check ETA on a product. Should have been an easy conversation. Yet I couldn’t even get the full question out before being interrupted over and over. Then as I asked to stop being interrupted it went right to “do you just want us to come get the other furniture “ as they had delivered that just a few days ago. WTH where did this manager get his training? This escalated very quickly. No I’d simply just like to know when my other things will come. Not sure how this experience will play out but it’s not started out Good from my point of view. Will definitely have to let my husband continue any further contact with them. As I can not and will not tolerate being spoken over. The lack of customer service and Manager Training seems to be lacking."
