"this apartments are only good if you like living on north Korea. if you like showering with low water pressure this is the place for you. if you like a secretary (naomi) that looks and act like Kim Jun un this place is for you. this place.is so good that they increase your rent every year even tho everything is the same and there is only one dumpster that gets full in 2 days after its picked up. I promise you, they will treat you good only if your new but after 3 months your work order are meaningless because they want to make sure you have privacy how nice of them righ"
"I’ve seen all the negative comments, but I would have to disagree. New management is doing waaay more than anyone else before. Very good at communicating with tenants and keeping us up to date on issues. I love it here and will be renewing."
