"I don't rate this place any stars it's disgusting I live in the apartments in 700 s Kansas Ave it's disgusting the apartments are completely infested with roaches no matter how much you clean and put poison it doesn't help and they don't do nun about it, I was putting my daughter to sleep in her bed when a roach came out from under her pillow, it smells like dirty dog and feet when you go outside, there's a bunch of cats with mange, mites, and fleas that come and pee and poop on the porch and on the parking lot literally disgusting"
"I'm paying rent all by myself and the person who's so called staying here won't pay n these ppl make it hard fo u when u want to remove them off the lease and you pay the bills alone smh"
"The woman who answers the phone before noon is horrible. Her tone is completely rude and was not able to be of assistance. Hope you all have a replacement or keep the person in the afternoon all day. That person is great!"
"The office staff have always been ready to help the tenants. They always answer the phone. The maintenance guy is hard working with so much on his agenda. Might need more staff to help take care of tenants problems etc. The appliances are old and broken down own, which has happened in our case. The maintenance guy mentioned , you're probably off buying a brand new one!"
