"This place always intrigued me when I used to pass by for the sheer size of it! Now I have a relative that lives here. I personally don't live here but I've been inside and it's a beautiful building. The apartment are pinky up fancy and it's my understanding it's not as expensive to live here as it looks."

"I lived there great apts to live at if there were no cocktoaches! The both Yolanda's are rude and if you want a Karen constantly be nagging for no reason these 2 are the ones for the job. I owed money when i moved out and these 2 with stoic faces said i could not pay partial payments i had to give the whole amount. Well i called corporate and they miraculously changed their mind and said arrangements could be made at such place and gave me phone number! If you have issues juat call corporate. MAYFAIR MANAGEMENT they will help you out.thrse 2 will give you the run around. There is a supervisor some hug guy who i never saw in my 8 years of living there."
"A beautiful property, but it was odd to be rejected because I made more that $25,000/year and because I didn't have an approved section 8 voucher. At least those that need it can get in if they have availability. I just wish their website stated the requirements before I processed the application."
