"I have recently moved here and I have not had any problems, I really like my apartment, they told me that it is one of the remodeled apartments and I am happy in it. I have not had any problem. I didn’t see any cockroach, rats, spiders or another kind of insects. That’s good. And the central air, the stove, the water (hot or cold) everything has been fine, it is a quiet place. I feel very good here."

"Worst place I have ever lived (I have lived all over the world, including 3rd world countries). From the moment I moved in, I realized management was a joke. No one cleaned my apartment before I moved in and when I asked to have it cleaned, Jack, the complex manager came and looked at it, and told me that I was being picky. He didn't have anyone clean it. I guess picky means you would want the carpets to be semi-clean without paint stains and the cupboards to not be riddled with dead cockroaches. Also, the the bath-tubs where stained orange and had someone else's hair in it. During my unfortunate 8 month stay here, I encountered numerous pest issues including rats, mice, and cockroaches. When I asked management to call pest control, I was told that they would not pay for it, as they already had people come on a quarterly basis. I then had to purchase pest abatement equipment and was never reimbursed for it. Another issue I had was a leaky roof that never was fixed. Every time it would rain heavily, my ceiling would drip, in my living room. I also had a kitchen light, that when turned on, sparks would fly from the light fixture. This seemed like an extreme electrical hazard, so I notified management about this issue on multiple occasions. It never was fixed. I finally moved from the location. In the lease, it states that management is supposed to send deposit money or a letter stating why it never was sent, within 30 days. It has now almost been 60 days since I have moved and still have not received either. I will be contacting the attorney general's office and small claims."
