"Unfortunately, I can’t leave zero stars. Worst stay I’ve encountered. Had to call multiple times to be able to get inside to check in only to be “greeted” by a rude smile less woman who made the check in process very unpleasant. Not even a hello or any sort of customer service. Room was absolutely disgusting, dirty, missing drawers to their furniture, stains everywhere, a bathroom that wasn’t cleaned, no hot water, trash everywhere outside, noise all night long and the list can go on. Obviously, we didn’t get one of their “upgraded” rooms and was just told they have a no refund policy."

"Worst place I've ever stayed. Rooms stunk, furniture was horrible. Missing drawers, nasty lamp shades that didn't even match. Beds were not made. People next to us lived there and had people over talking all night along with the front desk person. Front desk person was very nosy like we were in a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We slept on our own blankets and used our own towels because everything was so nasty. We couldn't get our money back so we had to stay. WORST PLACE IN UVALDE!!! Even though I was offered an upgraded room, the place was still nasty and staff was unprofessional. For $85 a night the room should have been in way better shape. I've stayed at nicer hotels for a lot less!!!"

"Stay Away!!!!!! Be On The Lookout For This Man That Stays At This Establishment!!!!!! Keep Your Ladies And Your Children Far Far Away From This Place!!!!!!Cops Were Called And He's Still Out Creeping And Looking In Your Windows,Here At This Hotel,And He Made His Way To My Door And Room At A Totally Different Hotel And Has Continued To Do It In The Past!!!!No one Is Doing Anything About It!!!!!So Save Your Self!!!!!!Stay Away From This Place!!!!! AND TO THE OWNER WHO IS NOW BLAMING AN INNOCENT OUT OF TOWN GUEST FOR CONTINUING TO ALLOW THIS GENTLEMAN TO RESIDE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT KNOWING THIS GENTLEMAN HAS BEEN NOT ONLY DOING THIS TO ME,BUT AT THE MOTEL 6 THE WEEK BEFORE HE CAME CREEPING UP TO MY HOTEL ROOM RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!!! HUSBAND EVEN CALLED YOU(THE OWNER)AND TOLD YOU WHAT WAS GOING ON AND YOU TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND CALL THE COPS BECAUSE YOU (The owner) DIDN'T CARE AND CURSED MY HUSBAND OUT!!!!Needless To Say I have video of Everything And Everyone At Your Establishment that did Nothing To Protect Innocent Human Beings While Making Your Money On A Man That Is A Known Druggie In Town!!!!Shame On You!!!! Everyone Stay Away!!!! You see in all the reviews people that have actually stayed are in the wrong,and this owner and his employees continue to rent an establishment that should be torn down or shut down!!!!!"

"The room was ok, they are doing renovations and will be very nice when completed. That being said the floor seemed a little dusty, maybe that can’t be avoided considering the renovations that are underway. The bed was nice and comfortable. The room however did not have a microwave, clock, or any Kleenex or tissues of that sort."

"First of all, rates online are cheaper than told over the phone when you call. There was a empty roll of toilet paper in our room, when we called for more, they told us to come and get it.. no hair dryers, no iron and no where to put toiletries in shower. I had to put everything on the toilet. Kudos to no carpet but overall $175 for one night for this was unacceptable! Do better!"
