"I was greeted by Cindy Chuang, the Design Associate! I asked about performance fabric and rub count of the fabric because I wanted a light-colored sofa for everyday use. I've looked at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie , Article, Rove Concept, etc. and if I tell you Room & Board has a great selection that can be customized to your home at a reasonable price, THEY DO! Cindy was patient with me and VERY knowledgeable about designing a space. She even helped me pick out decor and put it near the sofa so I could see the vision. I did not know I would walk into this store and find my dream sofa and decor to compliment it! You pay a flat rate for delivery which is great. I needed to change the delivery date and Thom, Mgr, was quick to accommodate! The communication has been great! I recommend you stop by and check out the showroom, you will not be disappointed! Delivery: The delivery was flawless. Ceasar and Tony arrived on time (called ahead) and was very careful with my furniture and placing it where I asked. Cleaned up and took the boxes away! I also received a follow up email from Cindy! 5 stars!"
