"It's not an apartment complex. There are homeowners who build their own ramps for their needs. The landlord has some rentals with ramps that are wheelchair accessible. The sidewalks are not really an issue. I've seen for myself the first responders come in and out with no issues. The landlord makes sure to keep the alleyways clear for emergency use. The landlord makes sure that all residents follow rules and are not causing problems for anyone."

"The park needs updates on side walks so community can walk through neighborhood and to safely use wheelchairs or electric motor devices."

"This is a very quiet neighborhood. The landlord is someone willing to work with you and make sure you are comfortable jn your living space. You may have to do some fixing up as the homes in this park are mobile/trailer homes. Neighbors keep to themselves unless you are friendly towards them and help out when they can. There is however too much tension between the landlord and the city making the price of rent be raised. But if you communicate with the landlord, she is willing to work with you and understands life gets in the way even at the best of times."

"I lived at palomino park mobil home for about 1 year my experience was wonderful. I had great neighbors, safe neighborhood, and it was convenient to shopping centers, store, and Walmart. The water and electric bill was reasonable less than 200 monthly you also get free basic cable. The managment was excellent and very supportive prompt on fixing things in the mobil home and the owner is a really sweet lady she does a good job with taking care of her propertys."

"I came across the Palomino Park while on a trip to see a friend that lives there and just want to compliment the community and its owners for its cleanliness. The park is well-kept, has big fenced lots and nice wide streets. It’s not cramped like other parks I have visited."
