"Lately it seems like this place has been under poor management. It’s always filthy and has a very foul smell like sewage or that don’t take out trash floors are always full of trash and feel sticky. Food is a good but the atmosphere and wanting to sit and eat is not the way to go."

Staff was very helpful because I somehow didn't add the reward correctly in app and I just ordered a drink online. They helped me instore and everything was delicious. I had the beef and cheddar brisket with caramelized onions and pepper. This will be my go to spot for subs."

"We LOVE Firehouse Subs and had NEVER had an issue with the food especially at this location, BUT today the chicken and dumplings soup was absolutely disgusting. It was watered down, not creamy at all and tasted like a very strong plastic chemical. Very very displeased with this purchase especially since we dropped over $60 and the soup was disgusting. We tried calling the location several times and it goes to a mailbox that is full so we were unable to get this situated with a manger hence the bad review. BEWARE: check your soups before leaving the restaurants!"

"Went to get a sub and I saw one of the preparers put gloves on, scratch his head and tuck his shirt in his pants. The manager that day, not sure how to spell her name, but it sounded like Whispery. Blonde lady with tattoos, was Outstanding, she went above and beyond to fix my order in a clean way. The other food preparer was sweeping the floor with gloves on when I came in and he didn’t change his gloves, so I refused him touching my food as well. The manager had to tell these two young guys to change gloves, maybe because one had ear pods and didn’t care and the other one kept laughing to himself like things were funny, bc he may like dirty food as well.she told them both many times not to touch any of my sandwich bc she was making it. The one wearing the ear pods gave away my sandwich bc he was not paying attention when the manager said this is for her, meaning me and before I could get it, another customer leaves with both. hire ppl who care and have common sense. With other customers in the store I could have told them why they had to wait so long bc of the two guys you had working that night. Then you would have lost other customers."

"This is by far the best meatball marinara I have eaten in my entire 25 years of living. I feel that Subway doesn't compare to the quality of these ingredients. I have only eaten Subway until now.
