"I had reservations for Valentine’s Day at 6:30 with my girlfriend. Everything went well until the steaks arrived. We ordered two Waygu filet steaks cooked medium, but they both came to the table blue. After reheating, they returned rare. Frustrated, we agreed to have them remade, but the third batch also came out rare. By this point, it was 7:30, and our Valentine’s Day was significantly affected. We couldn't enjoy a proper meal, and despite being charged the full amount, only valet parking was comped for the inconvenience. I plan to dispute this with AMEX, and I've attached photos for reference."

"We frequent Morton’s very often between San Antonio, TX and King of Prussia, PA. It’s our go to when celebrating anything significant. This last visit at the San Antonio, TX location was TERRIBLE. Upon arrival our table was not ready, our anniversary menu was not printed. We finally get seated and it takes our waiter 23min to grab me a glass of holiday Prosecco. I had to remind him that I was still waiting for my drink. Normally, they take your photo for birthday and anniversaries. We did not get a photo nor were we asked if we would like one. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out extremely rare. My husbands lobster was very salty and rubbery very over cooked. The guy by the food in the back was on his phone most of the time and rubbing his face. I didn’t not see him wash his hands not once. He also never left that spot the whole 1.5 hours that we were there so I know that he did not. They didn’t even take time to write happy anniversary on our desser. This was the worst experience I had ever experienced."

"This was by far one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had, Not only was the service amazing but so was the food! It’s a little pricey but worth it, you’re definitely getting what you pay for. The inside is absolutely beautiful as well. Our servers name was Kaitlyn and she was absolutely wonderful, Me and my bf went to celebrate our anniversary and everyone at Morton’s made it so special for us. I’ll definitely be going back and I recommend it to anyone celebrating a special occasion"
