"Management was good when Joseph was the property manager. He left and the property manager now (Sandy Ortega) lacks A LOT of communication, the app they use for rent payments sucks! Would not recommend Tropicana Properties to anybody. The apartments are very cheaply built. $1,000 for rent just for the summer time to be a nightmare since theres no refrigerated ac and no ac units allowed in the windows. Not worth renting."

"I love the people here very nice community 5 stRs on the people. very helpful. They don't accept payments at the office. You need a cell phone pay the rent They charge me 45 bucks to used my atm card. Unless I give them access to my bank. That suck. Rules are u can't block windows. You can't accuse them of stealing regardless they have the key.i had to call the cops on them cuz the stole things using the key. Several bikes got stolen from bike b racks We had a trash problem and told Joseph the president of the United States was coming to pick me up. Why is the parking lot full of trash this is supposed to be a new place and there's trash everywhere? Is this Sandoval apartment? You have maintenance parking lot crew make sure that they clean the parking lot Greg Abbott governor is coming to. Clean the parking lot Joseph"

I have also called Canutillo Palms and Vinton Palms and no answer anywhere I also stopped off at the office and it was closed I was there about 2:15 I need someone at Artcraft Palms to call me back. "I really love the location and the apartment. Management has been very communicative with me from the beginning, regarding the move-in process, maintenance requests etc I really appreciate the proactive approach that Joseph has taken in helping me understand my responsibilities as well as the property management responsibilities. Highly recommend!!"

"Almost 2 weeks in the apartment and still no window screens and i have to have a window open for air to flow, cant use my bathroom since theres no curtain rod and sink leaks , cabinets and floors are all splatter with paint, still no door peephole, shower bathtub is cracked, cabinets are chipped, i am very disappointed"
