"Worst apartments ever. They never listen to resident complaints. I had roach problem in my apartment and I complained multiple times . Apparently they said they did pest control but it never helped. My neighbors made loud noise in the night, even after complaining they didn't pay any attention. They keep charging residents out of context and do not provide any itemized receipt. Their behavior is worst. Very rude. Don't follow any health safety regulations. Never live here"
"Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. This complex and the apartments are absolutely disgusting. My apartment was COCKROACH AND MOLD INFESTED. The day I moved in I had to file multiple maintenance requests because they hadn’t repaired anything in my bedroom from the previous resident. There was mold behind my toilet, the toilet didn’t flush nor was it bolted to the ground, mold on my bathroom door, and my desk had extreme water damage. The apartment in general was just nasty and grime everywhere. It’s obvious THEY DO NOT DO ANY SORT OF DEEP CLEAN, IF ANY CLEANING AT ALL, IN BETWEEN RESIDENTS. Then not to mention in the kitchen above the dishwasher, the counter top had bubbled up and began separating from the wall. There was clearly MOLD GROWING INSIDE THE WALL AND COUNTERTOP. Their solution? Seal up the hole with a plastic covering! That entire countertop and wall needed to be knocked out and repaired. Additionally, the repairmen were rude and useless. Our ice machine was broken for the entirety of my stay. They came to “fix” it 3 times. It never worked. Living here LITERALLY IMPACTED MY HEALTH. I was sick consistently and my asthma and allergies have never been so bad. With all this being said, I still have to pay them $200 dollars that I don’t have, in move-out “fees” for damage I didn’t cause. But will they actually use this money for “repairs”? DOUBT IT. Oh and the cherry on top, there was no fire extinguisher in our apartment. They’re clearly VIOLATING SO MANY HEALTH AND SAFETY CODES. (FYI the photo of the wall was AFTER my roommates and I tried to clean it)"
"I did not personally live here but my girlfriend did so spent quite a bit of time in the complex. My honest review is DO NOT LIVE HERE. When we first showed up to move her in the apartment was disgusting. Mold everywhere, roaches, grease stains on the wall. All of this was after they “cleaned” before her and her roommates arrival. It only got worse everything was cheap old and gross to the point where we did not even want to touch the furniture. It even smelled bad. The living conditions here were simply foul. The staff clearly cares little about the health and well being of the residence. For example, the counter top in the kitchen was rotting from inside out and was full of mold. My girlfriend put a request in to fix it and their solution was just to seal the hole up. Doing absolutely nothing to solve the mold problem just hiding it. After all of this after and her moving out the staff had the audacity to charge her for previous damage and repairs they refused to fix. Seriously if you value your health or just want to live in an apartment suitable for human beings live anywhere else."
"I recently concluded a two-year stay at this apartment complex, and if you value your mental health and well-being, I strongly advise against considering it as your next home. What initially seemed like an affordable option quickly turned into a frustrating and exasperating experience. At first, it seemed cheap with a rent of about $450, but the bills for things like water and electricity were crazy high, around $150-200 per person each month, even when my roommate wasn't there. It just didn't make sense. As my lease renewal month arrived, the utility bill miraculously dropped to just $10 for a single month. This suspiciously timed reduction appeared to be a ploy to encourage tenants to extend their leases. However, once I decided not to renew my lease, the utilities skyrocketed again the following month, revealing the management's less-than-scrupulous tactics. Finding suitable roommates in this complex can feel like a game of chance, and the odds are not in your favor. Many residents are noisy and inconsiderate, making it challenging to find peace and relaxation within your own living space. The apartment is full of roaches and bugs. The manager, in particular, has been entirely unresponsive for over a year, displaying a lack of care and professionalism that is deeply concerning. If there were an option to assign a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation."
"Good things: reasonable price, and efficient maintainance team. Negative things: we found roaches and even mice in the apartments; my bike was stolen and the property did nothing because they don't have security cameras; and the apartment (as well as the outside common areas) was pretty dirty when moving in. I lodged a complaint, hoping that the management would take responsibility and rectify the situation. However, what followed was a series of excuses that deflected accountability and avoided the need for action. I attach some photos of the apartment the day I moved in. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend coming to live in Lubbock."
