"I moved 1 month ago and worst experience in this apartments, it is not permitted to smoke inside the units and tenants do whatever they want without respect and break the rules, management is incompetent to follow the safety and integrity of tenants. Think twice before moving to Icon apartments."

"I was impressed with the customer service given here. We were greeted and helped out right away. This was our first golf cart so we had a lot of questions and Brent was more than happy to answer all our questions. He was honest open about the process and gave us time along to think about what we wanted to do. I already recommended him and the store to a family member who is looking to buy one as well."

"I lived here for two years and the experience is great until you have to move out and transfer units. First, when I transferred they put me in a handicapped unit without informing me. When we called to inquire about why we were in a handicapped unit, they said they mentioned it was ADA approved and I probably just didn't know what that meant. I definitely do know what that means and was never told. In fact, there was a slight comment from one of the employees "I wonder if that's the unit that.. no never mind". She was thinking about telling me but never did. They will also take the majority of your security deposit for things they should be covering anyways. They gave me back less than half of my security deposit and when I asked for the statement.. they took off things like carpet cleaning and other fees even though they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my space. It was just fees everyone doesn't get back. No other apartment I've lived at nor anyone else I know has had this happen. To make the situation worse, I waited for 7 months to get that check. There is a serious lack of communication with this complex.r"

"I’m about to move after living here for 2 years. I lived at a Case and Associates property before and I don’t think you can go wrong with them. Great communication, always felt safe, nice grounds, prompt maintenance crew, and kind staff. Def recommend!"

"I rented there a couple of years, it was a nice place with decent amenities. I did have a ceiling leak that was a continuous issue that luckily was fixed right before I moved out. It's the only reason I can't give the full 5 stars because it tooks 4 months to get sorted. But otherwise a positive experience."
