"DO NOT LEASE HERE! Half of the complex has not had hot water for months. There is mold everywhere and the pipes are close to done. Also, there are roaches and mice everywhere. This place is not safe for your kids and they are not maintained. You will move in to the worst apartment you have ever seen, do not trust the apartment unit they give tours in. Management is non existent and half of it consists of student employees. Maintenance is a team of 2 for the whole complex that is currently falling apart. Your request will never be seen and the front office don’t care to do anything about it. Spend the 200 dollars more and get something nice for yourself or your kids. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Genuinely this place will be your worst nightmare for 12 months… don’t do this to yourself. FYI all these positive reviews are from instagram giveaways for $20 dollar gift cards, they are NOT genuine or accurate."
