"I wish this company torrez lawn service that does the yard work and maintenance around South plains apartments. After they do the edging around the the doorways and sidewalks they would clean the doorways hallways with the leaf blower out good. I keep telling them they don't do it the other company did."

"Management at this property is definitely a zero star but in order to leave a review I had to give a star!!! Management (Janie) is Very rude and extremely unprofessional!!! Her tone with tenants is very poor and degrading!!! Just because they are on low income doesn’t give Janie the right to down talk them or make them feel any less!!! These apartments are peoples homes you don’t degrade them and take poorly to them ever and your tone definitely needs to be corrected. Be professional about your position Janie and just like YOU want everyone to respect you because your the manager, then it’s a two way street you need to respect them as well!!! You have a job because of your tenants!!!!"

"When I stayed the room was very clean and I was pleased with the service. The night employee was efficient. Also the breakfast for the morning was in individual packaging which is great during covid."
