"Horrible place to stay, Don't spend your money on these apartments. The maintenance staff literally takes forever to do anything. There's this blonde woman who works as a housekeeper. Rudest person I've ever met, she was literally SCREAMING at me.. and over me, while I was talking completely calm. It's a mystery why these units haven't been shut down at this point. My mother lived here and literally had to change her own light bulbs out, when the lease clearly states that it's the staffs responsibility. The staff and management completely disregard the lease agreement, and do whatever they want. There's plenty of places in Lubbock that are LEAGUES above this. Don't waste your time or money."
"Mice infested management and owners refuse to do anything about it. Said it wasn’t their problem that’s a tenant issue. I only got their attention when I refused to pay. Spoke with other tenants that broke lease because of the same issues"
