"A family member has been trying to move in for over a month now.already done paperwork ,nobody has been at the office and nobody will answer. Last time they spoke with manager she said her dad broke her leg. It’s been two weeks since that incident and still no answer or call back. This has caused my cousin and her husband to be homeless with two children. They have lost 90% of their belongings because of the unprofessional management. One star from me and lucky they even get that."

"I have lived at this complex for 3years and have had an awesome experience especially with raven being so kind and considerate with the wants and needs of the tenants. Raven has gone above and beyond to make our stay here an absolute pleasure . She has even helped my family with getting resources to help when we were struggling (something most property managers won’t do) maintenance is always speedy with turn around times and they keep apartments well kept throughout the year."

"I lived here for 3 years. Great experience. Apartments aren't the biggest, rent was fare due to where you live. (High Oil Prices). Raven was great, the hillbilly trash next to me was horrible! They kept me up all nights of the hour for my last 2 months. But, overall, I enjoyed it."

"Positives: Raven, Property Mgr., is a dedicated professional, consistently resolving any, and all issues. She is always polite, responsive and courteous. There is a problem with dog owners not picking up after their pets. Raven does a good job noticing and trying to enforce the pet policies. I had a neighbor playing loud music on several occasions at night and she took care of it. She makes up for any shortcomings at Greenbrier."
