"I just got kicked out because I believed I was getting over charged nothing gets fixed here terrible place to live in, my rent is always on time getting kicked out for nothing I have two special needs boys and we will be in the street just cause I didn't want to sign another lease I am month to month and just because I was wondering where the extra money was going got kicked out so unfair there are people with disabilities here that can't speak up cause they feel trapped here"
"DO NOT RENT HERE! The place is overrun with mold, roaches, bed bugs and squatters! Police are there daily! Electricity has been off in one building for an entire month now with no repairs allowed by Xcel due to flooding. Management is stealing and maintenance is nonexistent. A complete waste of money, time and effort. Worst place I've ever seen. So sad! Used to be a wonderful complex until the new manager Tameka took over. Trust me, look around."
"I just moved in and it’s great! Kurt, the property manager is awesome! He works really hard to keep the place clean and put together. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Overall, I am pleased to be living here!"
"I have lived here around five years. I do like it here. They are all bills paid. We have new management here, and it is the best management we have ever had. Kurt is working very hard to improve all the property. I enjoy living here, and if your looking for a good place to live, come check them out."
"I have been here for over 4 years now and the apartment manager we have now is the best one ever. Kristen has made so many improvements in and around the complex. If any issues arise she and the maintenance man are very quickly getting the stuff fixed and getting it fixed correctly. I couldn't have asked for a better team at the apartments they have worked hard at getting the place updated and looking nice. Highly recommend pine ridge."
