"I'm about to move In and I've called a million times with a million questions and the staff has been so patient, kind, and understanding of all of my questions and concerns. The apartment themselves are so beautiful. I was a resident here before and it was nothing but an amazing experience and this time around has been the same!"
"I highly do not recommend these apartments. I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews before choosing to move in here. I moved into a “renovated “ medium one bedroom in December 2023. My rent for December and January was 925 but February rent was 954 and some change due to the multitude of fees. I was informed of some of the fees at signing my lease but not the amount. For my unit to be “renovated” there’s paint chipping on the bathtub and walls with broken cabinets scattered about. I was told that maintenance requests were answered in 24-48 hours and it’s been a week and a few days for my most recent one because “ there are more important matters” per the manager. They do not personally handle anything in the office so you have to reach out to multiple different companies when there’s a problem with mail and internet for example, Durning the winter the internet would go out once or twice a week and the only thing to do was call and wait. The leasing office just tells you what you want to hear and then do not stick to it after you move in. I definitely will not be renewing my lease when it comes time."
"Not bad apartments. They get the job done. Cute, not too extravagant. Monthly rent tends to be about $200 more than the lease states due to other "utilities" and fees. But they do offer flex as a way to pay rent which is super helpful. Giving three stars for these reasons: 1) Hot water is generally inconsistent, but when it works it works great. 2) Rent is a little high especially for what you're getting in amenities. 3) They require you to pay rent online (even if you're not using flex) which comes with a high credit card "convenience" fee. 4) They have you use their wifi, which isn't terrible, but is hard for people who WFH or homeschool their kids. The service is lacking. I've never had any issues with pests or noisy neighbors. The most noise comes from the streets, save a few random thuds in the night. I appreciate the office staff and their understanding of when things happen and rent has to be late. They are generally willing to work with you. (Though you will get a notice to leave if you say rent will be late. They told me it's customary and just for paperwork purposes). Overall, the apartments are cute and livable. Some things could stand to be updated and the dog waste stations could be filled more often, but I would renew my lease here when the time comes."
"I love this place! I just moved here from another state & the office staff are so amazing, Makayla went above and beyond to make the transition seamless. The property is beautiful, big dog park, beautiful pool, awesome balconies, sliding glass doors & long windows for my dog to look out, washer/dryer in the apartment, central air... The one, and only one, downside is that no one seems to clean up after their dogs, even though there are waste stations available. I had to designate a pair of "outside shoes." Other than that I absolutely love it!"
"We were thinking about moving here so we toured a 2x2 with all the new renovations inside. We loved all of it, including the barn doors and wood flooring. However, when it came for us to sign the lease, they had us walk the apartment first to make sure everything was okay. It was indeed not okay. First off, the door was not new like the rest and wouldn’t unlock, and when we got inside it just got worse. It was dirty, torn up everywhere and was a mess. We were not told about the barn doors not being in some of the apartments so the closets were just holes in the wall with nothing to cover them, the sinks were dirty and rusted, the vents were dirty or falling out, the vinyl flooring was ripping up, there was gunk all in the dryer like gum or something, and the door to the outside was all tore apart at the bottom. Not to mention just how overall dirty it was with bugs and scratches everywhere. When we brought it up to management they told us that there was nothing they could do and so we left and we left disgusted at it. I’m not saying I expect perfect, but for 1k I a month, I at least expect GOOD. This was awful at best. I was even suggesting this place before moving in and now I’m telling the people I suggested it to to not go! For the price it is, it’s definitely not worth any of it."
