"This place is not good for people of color the landlord is disrespectful and rude. She doesn’t honor her own lease agreement at all and somehow and some way she has rid her complex of people of color completely. I strongly suggest you look for somewhere better to live if you are of color. Some residents there have there confederate flags out and well you get it. This place is not a safe space for people of color at all"

"Currently living here and calling this my home.I have resided here for about 12 yrs.The apartments are comfortable and well maintained and the grounds kept up as well. Safety is important for my family and i feel secure.We live in a nice neighborhood. I couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Restaurants, groceries, entertainment are all very close.The owner and complex manager Sherri Lapp is ALWAYS helpful and informative.She makes it a priority to take care of maintenance requests as quickly as she can. Rental prices are fair, very affordable considering all bills are paid. I love the location of this complex and the price for the location is outstanding. I recommend them 100%. Thank you for your services."

"Sherri the owner is very unprofessional. Many tenants have witnessed her stalking ppl to see who is coming in and out of apartments even after hours. She enjoys confrontation! She will make up rules that suddenly apply when it is not listed no where on the lease. Her maintenance men go in and out of your apartment with or without permission. Items came up missing from my friends sons room. My friends Dad was hospitalized in Dallas and she was away for a couple weeks and was issued an eviction due to "abandonment" . She claims its All Bills Paid but if she drives around at night and sees lights on and "they are not being used properly" ... she will throw a note on your door that she will evict you if you continue to mis use the electricity bc SHE pays for it... not the tenant. Well I was under the impression that the rent is $700 per month "including" All bills paid. She also agreed to $650 per month but after learning that my friend had a 15 year old and an 11 yr old living with her IN WHICH THEY ARE HER CHILDREN and on the lease! That since kids will be residing there that her monthly rent would now be $750. So are you telling me people can charge not a pet deposit but a KID DEPOSIT!! Smh! Do not waste your time or money on this crooked woman!"

"I had to file charges against Sherry Lapp. She is the owner and harasses tenants and any guest daily. She has admittedly watched multiple people go into my apartment while I am not home and said nothing. She is confrontational and berating with everyone. The lease is a whole library of forms for which everyone must adhere except her and most had a larger number of pages than days it was good for. She makes up slanderous accusations that ate completely unfounded and uses them as reasons for eviction. I would not suggest renting any of her properties."
