"fed ex shows pictures of my packages delivered to the office and to the apartment unit. They deny receiving my stuff. they are a bunch of losers and thieves, but what do you expect from such a ghetto."
"This is in no way a bad review towards the people that work here. They are all wonderful and extremely helpful people. However the owners are crooks. I had a wonderful time staying at these apartments, and was sure to do everything I could to keep it clean and undamaged. I ended up having to move due to work, so I paid a VERY large amount of money to break my lease(this will be important in a moment). Upon moving out, I was informed I would be getting $218 back on my deposit. Not a lot, but very helpful with this move. A month and a half goes by, and I receive the check in the mail. However, it had the wrong name on it. They told me I needed to bring the old check back and they will send the new, correct one. So I did that. A few weeks go by and nothing happens so I call. They inform me they revisited my ledger and they actually used that money to repair damage and cleaning the apartment. Which makes no sense, seeing as they had already taken a large chunk of my deposit, AND had already sent the check out. My friend who also stayed here previously had an even worse experience. Living here is great, moving out is not. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE."
