"Worst clinic I've ever been too. I called ahead of time told them my exact diagnosis from the ER the previous night. Told them my symptoms And that I have an appointment to see a specialist in 2 days and that I do not have insurance and I need to keep cost down for the specialist. I only needed medication for 2 days she said she cannot say what prescriptions she can proscribe over the phone but to come into the clinic. I arrived she took 1 look at me concluded the exact symptoms I already told her I had. Then said I needed to go to the ER and this visit is non refundable. My symptoms were not worsening. I wasn't even there for 5 minutes and they refused my refund."

"I went in for a strained back that had been nagging me for longer than normal. I got there right after they opened so I was the only one there. The receptionist was very nice, welcoming and knowledgable about my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised that the forms you have to fill out your first time were very short. We went to the room, had my vitals checked and the Nurse Practitioner was in right after She also very nice and knowledgable. I was in and out in no time and they were both personable and professional. Hopefully I don't need it for a long time but this will be my go to UC."

"I couldn't ask for a better urgent care experience! Even on the weekend, the doctor, tech, and other staff members were absolutely wonderful. My wait time was less than 15 minutes, and the doc spent plenty of time with me and really listened, then led me through my treatment options. She and the tech were super nice, friendly, and caring. Thank you to all! I'll definitely come back here the next time I need urgent care."

"I’ve been to a few Urgent Care clinics and haven’t had the best experiences, which is why I chose to try this one. I was pleasantly surprised. From the front to the back the staff was very courteous. PA Dillard took her time, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ease my pain and discomfort. She was very knowledgeable and patient. This is my new clinic. I highly recommend this facility!"

I really liked her- she was friendly, made great suggestions, talked about the importance of a nasal rinse with my continued sinusitis. She was the best!"
