"Do not come to this emergency room. You will wait at least an hour before you get a room or a wheel chair in the hallway and before you see the doctor you will wait at least another two hours if you’re lucky. They are the most Laziest and most uncomfortable place you will stay they bring the utmb name down to the mud don’t go it’s better to suffer or die at home, at least there you’ll get better care"

"There are always very bad at diagnosing sickness. Everytime i bring my daughter there is an NP Who doesn’t have the medical training, certification and residency. These NPs are not able to diagnose sickness in an effective manner. Please employ quality doctors."

"I came in because I’m sick with strep throat like symptoms…. They tested me for strep it was negative and then the doc just assumed I most likly have flu or covid or some other virus.. just assumed didn’t test me for any other bacterial infection. (U only get antibiotics for bacterial infection not virus, virus u basically have to get over it on your own) so I was bummed because I have 2 kids and it’s hard to be sick and i don’t like that the doc didn’t do more test just assumed I didn’t need antibiotics. I also got chargers $200 something for nothing. So I go to a different doctor they give me antibiotics and I’m already feeling a lot better. This new doc said if I don’t feel better to come back so since antibiotics are working then I def do not have a virus. So I wouldn’t go to Utmb I’d go to Brazos urgent care in league city!!!"

"I've brought all 4 of my kiddos here and went myself many times. They physicians are kind and helpful always. Guy at the computer in the front is always kind. I feel comfortable bringing my kids here when I need to."

"We were seen on a Sunday at 7pm. The HCA urgent care we usually go to is closed on Sunday’s and I googled this one. Although thirty minutes away (rather than 3) I think I will choose this urgent care every time. My son required stitches to his eyebrow area. The staff was professional, thorough, kind. Starting from the clerk who checked us in. Our nurse was Robert and he took time to explain procedures and went above and beyond to make my son comfortable and to make things run smoothly for the NP. the NP Mina Le Doux was skilled and amazing. I’m so grateful google led me here! My only suggestion is some more signage to indicate where the urgent care is. The parking garage indicated the fourth floor was for employees so I parked on the second but didn’t see any sign indicating I just needed to take elevator up two floors so I walked the sky bridge way over to the hospital side and then had to walk back. Signs indicating which elevator would be helpful. Also I appreciate my parking lot ticket being validated!"
