"Very nice apartment complex"
"Amanda the apartment manager is a great person! She is very professional and will help you out as much as she can. Apartments are very clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend."
"I would give it a "B", just your typical basic apt.s, nice and quiet. Don't know if they have a pool, I was just visiting a very good friend."
"Nice, clean, and organized. Easy to work with. Do wish there were at least lines to mark parking spaces in front of the apartments though. Don't know why these apartments have so many negative reviews. They are not the nicest place I have ever lived. But they are some of the best in town. I have never felt unsafe here, people are nice and the management does try at least."
"Apartments are expensive for that area. The owner does not keep up with maintenance on the property. The parking areas stays completely dark, because the owner does not put in the area to fix the lights. They use a fraud scheme to try to bleed money out of you when you decide to move out. They never return deposits, even the manage told me not to expect it back, that the owner makes up everything b he can to keep the deposit. They charge you for damages that was noted on the move in sheet, that were there prior to move in. Then when you do tell them that you are moving out, that send you a bill for $1500 and if you don’t pay they will put it on your credit report. Save yourself the time and effort and find a much better place to live."
