"Bad. Handyman does halfway work. Manager doesn't do her job. Moves people into apartments that aren't clean and have problems. Then makes you wait months for repairs. Stay away."
"We went to a worship service of the Grace United Methodist Church which is using their recreation area. Very nice place."
"My daughter and I lived here for 8 years and couldn't have had a better experience. Lori, the property manager, was always so helpful and kind to us. Any time there was an issue, she would do her absolute best to resolve it as soon as possible. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."
"If your looking for a quite place to live, then this isn't it,at least it wasn't for me. I have no idea as to why the manager would place children in upstairs apartments above the elderly tenants. The ones above me had a child who ran up and down at all hours of the night It did no good to complain to management because nothing gets done about it. It could be a nice place, but, there is no maintenance man and horrific management !!! Good luck getting a deposit back. Lori charged me259.00 on a reletting fee. So I'm paying then to advertise my previous apartment there. Good luck getting a deposit back."
"Apartments themselves are nice...management is the downside. While we lived here they repeatedly blamed us for "breaking" things that are their responsibility to maintain. When we moved out the office "lost" our form to terminate service with the utility company. I get bills from the company at out new address, call Stoneleaf about the form, which they "lost" and somehow it's not their responsibility."
