"Absolutely the worst check in clerk I have ever encountered. She seemed to have a bad attitude from the beginning.. Walked out and stayed at a much better Best Western down the street.. Stayed at the Regency a week prior and they did not proved the Continent Breakfast as advertised. This motel was once a great stopover, apparently no more."

"The managers were very nice they went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean. It does need some work done on the rooms. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. We would stay there again."

"Very very very rude customer service. I called to see for vacancy. I came here the woman asked me 3 times if I had pets. I paid cash, with a $100 deposit.. and a credit card on file. I asked for a receipt. She REFUSED to give me a receipt. I asked again and she gave me my money back. this is very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE"

"Checked in, and the owner was rude from the beginning. Told us immediately that we would be charged $200 if we damaged anything. We told them we would check everything and she told us we didn't need to because they already checked. We stated again that we would check the room because they were threatening to charge us if anything was wrong. Again she said we didn't need to check anything because they already did.We said that's fine but we will check the room and we will let you know if there's anything wrong.She continued to argue and tell us we didn't need to check.What owner does that? Asked over and over if we had pets. We did not. Got to room. Sat on bed only to discover there was no fire detector. I have an older Dad who can not get around well and safety is of utmost importance. He went to request a fire detector. She said no maintenance was on duty. She said it would be OK, that he didn't need one. He again requested a fire detector, and she again said no, you're fine. He said give me another room. She said she didn't have one. So he said to refund me so we can go somewhere that is safe. She said fine, but she would charge us for sitting on the bed. And my Dad threw a piece of paper in the trash. She says if we didn't want the room, we've shouldn't have sat on the bed or used the trash. So he went back and removed the paper from the trash. She she was charging us $10. We objected, got upset, and said no way. She kept yelling for him to calm down, and he said not until we got a complete refund. She finally agreed and was rude and may until the moment we left. Stated on their website, they had a pool, but it was shut down. Also, they stated they had continental breakfast, they did not. That was shut down. Absolutely terrible atmosphere. Never ever go there."

"The lady was very accommodating and professional. The room was clean and stocked. Had a very good night sleep. Little area on the side of the building for our dogs."
