Best Western Nursanickel Hotel 102 SCOTT ST, Dalhart, TX 79022

"I’m very picky and these rooms are NICE. Super clean, smells good, has a nice mini fridge and microwave, the bathroom is in great condition. The person who greeted me upon check in was fantastic and welcoming as well."

"Best Western? Try "Mediocre Western" at best, the breakfast even has hair in it. Over priced for a small town. Staff was rude and characterless, Assa snubbed me while checking in and surprisingly the 90's carpet had more personality. Was not able to cancel my reservation or I would have gone elsewhere. Loud, they offer ear plugs for being less than 100 feet from the train tracks. Walls are paper thin by hotel standards, had to call the front desk due to excessive upstairs noise until pushing midnight; no room swap offer was provided. Office is not pet friendly with no posted signs as such."

"The room was good. Unfortunately there were trains going by all night. The desk clerk did mention that there would be trains going by, so no fault can be placed with the facility or personnel. It's just where we needed to stop for the night, and they had made an attempt at soundproofing rooms and warning travellers"

"I will start this off by saying the front desk lady is extremely nice. Saying that, if you're looking for luxury this isn't it. The rooms are clean, and decent size. But some of the TV's are small, the air conditioners don't seem to be accurate. I had to put mine on 60 when I normally sleep with it on 69. The breakfast is decent as well. Also I being my own streaming device with new on the road and the wifi isn't the greatest. Can't say it's thier fault since it's such a small town out in the middle of nowhere. Oh, and some of the bathrooms actually have a jet tub, which is nice."

"This is a high standard motel even though This is not a new motel. But- the attention to detail is unbelievable. 5 STARS! Clean, organized, great front desk services! Even being an older building, one could use this Best Western as a standard, a measurement of where other motels should be maintenance wise…but are not. I gave the location three stars because the train whistle did wake us up five times."
