"This place is absolutely wonderful. The office staff are so kind and helpful but it’s definitely Chris who really makes this place our go to for my children now. I drive from seabrook just to see him. He’s wonderful with my kids, kind, patient, and so helpful in every situation I’ve been in. Couldn’t recommend him or this place enough!"
"These nurses were completely unprofessional!! I went in for help with pain I was having in my stomach. The nurse (I wish I remembered her name) said it could be multiple things so they started me off with a basic pregnancy test. Once I gave her the sample not even 5 minutes later she comes back saying “okay we think it’s positive, but we don’t know, we have to wait the full 10 minutes” I immediately started to cry and freak out. She said to not worry because they weren’t sure. Moments later another nurse comes in and says the same thing “yeah we think it’s positive but we don’t know”. They said they would let me know for sure after the 10 minutes. They were laughing in the back as I was crying, they came back in and said “okay well it’s negative sorry” and proceeded to tell me what my actual problem was. This was a horrible experience and I will never be returning. They obviously don’t know how to read a room if they see me crying and continue to laugh outside the room. They treated me as if we were friends, and they were gossiping about what was happening as if they were in middle school. I hope they gain some knowledge on how to properly deliver information so they doesn’t happen to anyone else. I now have many issues with the idea of pregnancy and constantly think I’m pregnant just because of this experience."
"My family members have been to this location many times over the past few years. Before a few weeks ago I would have given them 5 stars. At our most recent visit, they made a mistake that invalidated an expensive out of pocket test. I asked for a refund. Office Manager Cassandra said she would discuss my request with the director. Still waiting to hear back from her. Her voicemail box is always full so I can’t leave a message. Have resorted to texting, but have not heard back from her. Update: the office manager called and said They did a $450 test vs the $300 test that we paid for. Sounds like another oopsie on their part. She will have to check with the director about a refund. Update 2: I called 6/21 and spoke to office manager Cassandra again. She said they can’t give us a refund because they did a more expensive test than we asked for. I told her we didn’t ask for that test. The PA at the location told me the test they did was corrupted because they wiped the patient’s arm with an alcohol swab. Why should we pay for a test they messed up?"
"My wife and daughter came in on 1/8/23 after suffering with allergies for weeks, my daughter for the last 2 weeks and received prompt service, they were taken care of and she even learned a few things about the allergies she's dealing with. They are now feeling better already. Thank you Brazos Urgent Care. Every time, it's great service. I'm glad they finally got some relief today, on a Sunday of all days. Do recommend, We are newly covered on BCBS of texas, but you can cash pay here at a reasonable cost, even when we didn't have insurance, it was a life saver. We also have our childrens physicals done here as well for sports at school. Thank you. Job well done. She cried tears of NASAL relief! Seriously."
"The staff were extremely helpful when I took my daughter to get tested for strep. My daughter was nervous, but the staff member, Albert was amazing with her, he explained what he was going to do, helped calm her down, let her ask any questions she had prior to the procedure. Albert made her feel more comfortable. The clinic was clean, we didn't have to wait too long, all the staff seemed nice, and helpful."
