"I purchased a Groupon and when I called trying to make an appt the next day the guy went round and round with me on dates. He didn’t comprehend that I only have certain days available because I actually work. I said I didn’t know my schedule for more than a few weeks out and he finally told me to call back when I had it so I did. When I called the guy tells me after we started going round and round again that “the doctor is only available on Tuesdays” well I work on Tuesdays and that was NOT mentioned in the Groupon nor on the first day when I called because had they told me right then I would’ve cancelled then. Luckily Groupon was very nice and refunded my money. This is a horrible way to handle appointments and if you only take patients for certain treatments on specific days then that should be notated on the Groupon description!!! Common sense sadly isn’t so common these days.."
