"It was 2nd time at this location and my experience was great! The admitting nurse and the doctor(s) were very nice and informative. I received the services I needed in a timely manner."

"Went to this location for the first time to get tested for strep. Online it said they do walkins so I went in for one. There was no one at the front and I waited a good 15 minutes. Finally someone asked if they could help and I said I was coming for a walk in if they had time. I would’ve completely understood if they told me they didn’t and found somewhere else. Before she responded, another woman said loudly “we’re fixing going to lunch” in a very rude pointed way. The first woman said she’d check. The same rude woman came out and said to make an appointment and come back. I expressed there were no appointments in the kiosk. She repeated just make one. This was not clear until she explained to make one for another day and come back after lunch. She walked over to the kiosk and was aggressively tapping it and told me to put my info in. I made a comment that I was there before they were supposed to go to lunch and had waited a while (because I didn’t appreciate the attitude when I was nothing but polite). To that she told me they were “doing me a favor” by letting me come back because they have patients. With that I just said you know what, I’ll go somewhere else. I cannot believe someone is allowed to work here who is rude to patients for no reason. To say that she was doing me a favor was crossing a line. She could’ve just politely let me schedule for later and left it at that. I already wasn’t feeling well and to be treated so horribly by someone who is supposed to be kind to patients was just awful. This woman does not deserve to work in health care and shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. Go back to school and get some bedside manner."

"Was able to get same day appointment. Arrived triage nurse saw me immediately, has great bedside manners. After she took my vitals and went over symptoms, then a few minutes later I consulted with Nurse Practitioner and diagnosis. She called in my prescription onsite, they were already to be picked up after my consultation with NP. The visit was smooth and fast, I was impressed. My first experience at a CVS MinuteClinic."

"Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor. This “doctor” prescribed the wrong antibiotics for me and had me in pain with an ear infection for 10 days. I went back and he said he did everything right and I had no more ear infection. I made appointment with a doctor the next day and she said I did have an infection and prescribed the right antibiotics that had me feeling better in 3 days."
