"I was with this dentistry for three years and haven’t had any issues until this year, I love their hours and flexibility to schedule, However, I had an appointment for my kids October 2023 upon leaving They said I would be consulted to go over scheduling and out-of-pocket cost upon checking out. Then they said that they would call me to go over that over the phone as the consultant was on a business call. I didn’t hear from them again. I made the initiative and called them myself in which they still didn’t have an estimate ready for me Until three days later. This was in December by the time I was able to finally get a Quote. Here is the new year I called their office to schedule an appointment for my three boys off of the estimates that I was finally quoted for in December which is under six months and the front office and staff are telling me that they need to come in for another evaluation to see if the quote they gave me and the care that was needed was accurate and up to date. That was the final straw for me, The time it takes to get three kids to a dental office, get them examined and the time this office actually gets back for Care is ridiculous. I actually work in the dental field in which I never expressed that to them but I am moving my business elsewhere where I know that I am valued as a patient and my kids are valued as a patients and they work with urgency, and they keep their word. ."

He is the only dentist on earth that I trust 100% with my only child. His knowledge of his craft and his kindness towards his patients is why my family and I will always come here. Dr La does treatment for adults and I am completely satisfied with all of the work I have had done by him. Dr. Thomas at the Beechnut location is also wonderful with children my daughter use to get her first dental cleanings from her. Dr Trigger is a great dentist with a great personality. Last but not least my favorite dental assistant Ms Sholanda always does our cleanings, she is a superstar.
