I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone I know. They found a way to remove my review"

"Dr. Howe is great with kids and I would recommend him, however as many other parents pointed out, their front desk staff is terrible which is why I had to look for another practice. They failed to notify me on how long it would take to process my dental insurance which caused me to wait almost 40 min for our appointment. I finally had to leave because I was late for another appointment, and asked that they call me back to reschedule (which they never did). Unfortunately I'll not be coming back here because I've found a much better practice which actually values people's time and are transparent about their wait times and best practices."

"We were patients for about 5 or 6 years. This review has been a long time coming, and to be fair I left 3 stars I have several pros and cons. The pros: We personally love Dr Howe. He was always available, even for emergency calls, and I enjoyed chatting with him. We only stayed for him and how he worked with my child, but it was time to move on as new dentists are coming in. The cons: Minor - The office used to be a welcoming place for kids. They have the amazing tree with lights, but the light floor and movie waiting room haven’t worked in years. (Closed down during covid) Mid level - I never liked that parents are not allowed in the back, especially with little ones. High- The front desk ladies are horrid. I’ve listened to them talk bad about parents, children, and just downright rude women. They are the number one reason we left. I could not put up with their poor attitudes and demeanors any longer. I have never been to a dental office with such a lack of professionalism when it comes to the front desk staff. As I would wait, listening to them talk bad about clients, I would mentally decide to leave each and every visit. Then the dentist would come out and I had hope things would get better. They never did. Also be prepared to fill out 15 mins of forms, every single time you visit. No matter if it was 6 months or 5 days prior."
